Training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees. Kwano offers New Venture Creation (NVC) qualification at NQF level 2 & 4. The purpose of New Venture Creation is to provide a qualification that can form the basis for structured programmes for potential and existing entrepreneurs to capitalise on opportunities, to start and grow sustainable businesses that form part of the mainstream economy, enabling the learners to tender for business opportunities within both the public and private sectors. Our Business administration services qualification (NQF 4) also assists us develop entrepreneurship as well as help individuals up-skill themselves for the workforce. This includes all aspects of overseeing and supervising business operations, as well as related fields which include accounting, finance, project management and marketing.
