Ms. Mmapeu Manyaka: Director in Kwano Consulting CC Mmapeu founder of Kwano Consulting, is a former teacher who ventured into training and development. Her passion in people development saw her leave a lucrative corporate occupation in order to pursue her desire to touch lives and empower disadvantaged groups in South Africa through education, training and development. Mmapeu is a seasoned, vastly qualified individual in the area of education and training with many years of experience in teaching, lecturing, mentoring, coaching, research and development. She recently developed an interest and love for early childhood development (ECD) based on the realisation of the impact that pre-primary education has on the future generation. As a result, she enrolled for a doctoral degree in the ECD field. Virtues that drive Mmapeu’s performance include persistent energy and passion for all she does, immense love for people, precise execution, a quest for quality outputs, empathy, and a strong inter personal skills.

Mothushi Manyaka

Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mothushi is the latest edition to Kwano Consulting CC serving not only as a shareholder but also as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mothushi, is a young, creative, energetic young man with years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), as well as Operational management and logistics. He holds a Marketing Communications degree that saw him work as a public participation officer then marketing strategist before boldly venturing into a management role in a logistics company. He held a position of Operational Manager for the past 5 years which equipped him with people management skills, conceptual skills, diagnostic skills, and business growth/development skills, as well as the important skill of developing various strategies and executing them. As a CEO in Kwano his role and responsibilities include overseeing execution of the company strategy, managing overall operations and resources of the company, acting as the main point of communication between the shareholders and corporate operations and marketing divisions.
